Singing is Good for Our Health
Singing is habit’s people to
entertain themselves that feel in sadness and sing can be a transformation
media of something that make us being sad or it can be form of flotation
willing that is not materialized yet. By singing can also open back our finance
or past moment that remind rarely. Even in this era many singing auditions to form our talent or our
potential. But most of people do not know the profit of singing and they just
ignore it. In fact singing is good for our health. There are so many advantages
of singing that are useful for our health such as singing can increase immune
system because by singing our body will take gland outside. On the one hand
singing can increase our brain ability because the number of oxygen will
increase and can influence the condition and ability of our brain.
Singing can also make our heart
become strengthen because when time vocal processing, our heart will be
strengthen and it also can soothe cough, asthma and bronchitis. On the other
hand, singin can soothe stress because when we singing in good and cheerful
situation, it will increase our confidence and our stress will lost. So please
singing all day long and singing what you want because it is good for your
health and body.
